Blueberry Cherry & Raspberry (Gallon #10 and #11)

This is the fifth and sixth gallons from the 6-gallon carboy.   This brew was started on 10/16/2022 and finished primary in 34 days with a gravity of 0.996 and an ABV of 13.37%.

The last two gallons I used frozen fruits adding them to the gallon carboy before racking the mead from the 6-gallon carboy.   This gallon I used a blueberry, cherry, and raspberry mixture.    

In the secondary one-gallon carboy I also added a vanilla bean,     Hopefully the sugar from the fruit doesn’t start another fermentation process but it may,.

My plan is to keep this brew in secondary for 2 weeks,    I may then bottle it or let it sit for a few more weeks
